2、Operation Instructions

1.Power Switch

Control the power supply of the whole machine. When the indicator on,shows the power on.

2.Mode Switch Button(Constant rotation mode/Automatic mode 1/Automatic mode 2 )：

①Constant rotation mode :

Operation: Press the mode button briefly

Feedback: A buzzer single short sound (" drop "sound)

Action: Conveyor belt running immediately

②Automatic Mode 1:

Operation: Press the mode button briefly

Feedback: A buzzer double short sounds ("drop - drop "sound)

Action:

a. The conveyor belt starts to operate

b. The machine will automatically shut down when the photoelectric switch on the right detects that the circuit board is in place.

c. After the circuit board is manually removed, the system automatically restarts the transportation cycle.

③Automatic Mode 2:

Operation: Press the mode button briefly

Feedback: Three short sounds ("drop - drop-drop "sound)

Action:

a.The conveyor belt starts to operate

b. When the photoelectric switch on the right detects the first circuit board, the machine stops and stands by.

c. When the photoelectric switch on the left detects a new circuit board: the conveyor belt starts synchronously to send out the already stopped PCB on the right, and then stops the machine after transporting the new board on the left to the detection position on the right.

d. The system automatically into the next cycle.

3.Speed Button：

The speed button is divided into an acceleration button and a deceleration button, and there are seven gears for users to choose from.
