1. Puhui T-963 reflow oven employs IR and Hot air heating technology, equipped with specially designed convection fans that ensures stable air flow and uniform temperature distribution,suitable for medium-volume continuous soldering of LED boards,strips,single/ double-sided PCBs in packaging forms such as CHIP, SOP, PLCC, QFP and BGA components etc;

2. This machine is equipped with a chain-type six-zone heating system, with each zone employing forced independent circulation, PID control, upper and lower heating methods to ensure optimal heating,accurate and uniform temperature, large heat capacity, and rapid heating ;

3. Intelligent curve heating method, ultra-large capacity curve selection, equipped with 8 process curves to fully meet the various requirements ;

4. Programmable control technology with preset curve memory storage function, can automatically complete the entire soldering process ;

5. Uses thermocouple temperature measurement, and a compensation circuit to make the temperature measurement more accurate and the curve more perfect;

6. PID intelligent temperature control technology ensures precise temperature control. The high quality high-current solid-state relay with no-contact output effectively prevents rapid or continuous heating that could damage chips or circuit boards, making the entire soldering process more scientific and safe.

7. The transmission system uses a stepper motor driver to drive the stepper motor, ensuring smooth operation;
